Our History

Shelkor Mortgage Inc. was founded by Kevin Reghenas, Broker/Owner, in 1994. Kevin has been in the mortgage and financial industry since 1984 and is experienced in all aspects of mortgage lending, foreclosures and mortgage administration. Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary, and he completed the management certificate program from there as well. He has served on several lender and CMHC advisory boards and served as a Director of the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association.

Shelkor Mortgage Inc. is primarily a residential mortgage brokerage serving consumers for all their mortgage needs. We have access to banks, trust companies, monoline capital mortgage companies and private lenders to help assist with all mortgage requirements.
